We're here to ensure your satisfaction. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that sale merchandise isn't eligible for returns. After the initial 30 days, we won't be able to accept any returns or exchanges. Additionally, Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Items must be in new and unused condition, complete with any stickers or tags they came with to be considered for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to determine if the items meet these criteria. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer; we've got a smoother process in place.
Refunds, The Journey Back
Starting a return is as easy as sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return Order Number ####." Once we give the green light, we'll assign you an RMA number and provide the shipping address for your return.
Once the item reaches us and passes our evaluation, we'll initiate a refund back to your credit card or the original method of payment. Refunds typically take around 4-6 days to reflect in your bank account. We appreciate your patience during this phase.
Exchanges, Seamless as Ever
Exchanges are a breeze if the item you received is defective or damaged. Simply shoot us an email at email@example.com and let us know. We will issue a prepaid shipping label and process the exchange.
Shipping Returns back to us
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your returns. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, and you request a prepaid return label from us, we'll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
If you elect to ship the return with a carrier of your choice, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We aren’t responsible for any vanishing acts or lost parcels during the return journey.
