Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at customercare@dischub.com and include your first name, last name, order number, and email address. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return following our return policy.
Viewing Orders
To view your previous orders and track their status, simply log into your account and click on the "Account" link located in the top right corner of our website. You can also easily reorder items from your order history.
